The Foundations of Culturally Appropriate Integrated Services for LGBT Individuals

Integrated primary care and behavioral health providers can create culturally appropriate, highly accessible integrated care to members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community with behavioral health conditions.
